RAP Methodical Engineering Private Limited (RAPM) is an unlisted private company incorporated in 2018.

RAPM have been established to expand the business of OM Sai Enterprises. Earlier OM Sai Enterprises functioned in the field of Engineering, Construction, Equipment Erection and supply of manpower since 2000. RAPM offers a wide range of multi-disciplinary services in Projects Execution, Operation & Maintenance, Logistics, Shipping & Port Operations, Warehousing Management (General & Custom Bonded) and other services in the various areas.

The Indian Trade is being exposed to the very interesting mode in the Logistic Cycle. He is very well versed with the entire gamut of logistics services. Logistics was and will continue to be need of any country. We need to buy goods, distribute these at right time and right place, with cost effective services and strong operations. Mr. Ravindranath Patta is working as Director Production, Projects, Operation & Maintenance, Job work, Supply of Manpower resource, packaging solution and execution. He has vast experience in marketing, handling of projects, liasoning in Green Field projects, start of new site/ plant O&M, Job work and Packaging team in different sector industries like Steel, Non Ferrous and Packaging across India.

He demonstrated strong footprint as Mechanical Contractor for all kinds of fabrication, erection of structural, pipe work, ducts, erection & commissioning of plant equipments. He excels in job work/ supply of manpower resource for operations & maintenance and packaging services for metal industries, lashaing and chocking of railway rack.

He earned high repute in Consultant for Railway, Kedia Logistics Limited, Credence Logistics Limited and Garuda Carriers & Shipping Limited. Also, he has very long association with Fromm Packaging Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as a preferred Packaging consultancy.

His background began as a Commerce post graduate and Mechanical engineer working in JSW and export house as employee and excelled in operation for seven years. Further his roots extend back for 18 years of proprietor of M/s. OM Sai Enterprises serving for different industries.

Mr. Jainendra Jha is equipped with 30+ years of experience, A Presider Level Operations and Logistics Leader with a consistent history of improving bottom line financial performance. He is effective visionary leader with proven abilities in Operations & Logistics. His career demonstrates the ability to deliver results working across functional and geographical boundaries both in large corporation and small private firms.

Mr. Mohammad Rahimullah is expertise in Planning, Contract Administration, Executing and Spear-heading construction works of Steel Plants, Power plants, Industrial Projects Infra-structure works including Railways & Real Estate projects (consisting of housing, commercial, office complex, institutional complex & hospitals etc).

His last assignment was with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd as AVP.

Mr. Ravindra Patil is a performance driven professional with capabilities in dealing with significant roles in various departments/ sections of different sector Industries. He has sound exposure in execution of Greenfield & Brownfield Projects, Capacity Enhancement Projects, Debottlenecking Projects, Captive Shutdowns, Production & Maintenance, Process Enhancement, Vendor Development, Budgeting, Consultancy, HSE and Team Management.

He is proficient in swiftly ramping/ completing up projects/ assignments with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters. Also, he is deft in planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

Mr. R Baskaran is Civil Engineering Professional with 30+ years ofexperience in executing infrastructural projects of large magnitude within schedule time, cost & quality.

He has rich exposure in Project Management, Construction Management, Operations & Maintenance assignments, Costing/ Budgeting, Material Management, Vendor Management, Estimation, Contract & Site Administration for managing major projects like Oil & Gas projects, Zinc and Lead, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Power Plant, Petrochemicals, Iron & Steel, Infrastructure and Hospitality Industries.

He is expertise in managing operations involving resource & materials planning, in-process inspection, team building and coordination with the internal departments, coordinating, planning & implementing changes to technology, machinery, equipment, process methodology, quality assurance, control systems and reporting procedures.
